Through music, movement, breath, and creative expression, we will make space to witness ourselves and one another in ways that feel supportive and accessible.

All abilities welcome. Participation is always by choice - you’re invited to show up exactly as you are, engage at your own pace, and no prior experience with art is necessary.

Smaller groups will meet for 45 minutes.
